Order Information

Most of our jewellery is made to order. 

As such, please allow 7–14 days for production upon placing your order.

Due to the handmade pieces, there may be slight variations in shape or finish. 

For rings, each size is individually carved in wax before casting, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. We appreciate your understanding.

Important Notes on Sterling Silver

Our pieces are crafted using 925 sterling silver, which is prone to scratches and tarnishing when exposed to air over extended periods. 

To minimise oxidation, we recommend storing your jewellery in a zip-lock bag or the pouch provided when not in use. 

If tarnishing does occur, clean your piece using a silver cleaning solution or a silver polishing cloth. 

Please take extra care with delicate components such as earring posts and necklace fastenings, 

as they may become damaged if excessive force is applied. 

(We cannot be held responsible for discolouration or damage caused by improper storage or handling.) 

 Some individuals may experience an allergic reaction to sterling silver. 

(Please note that we are not liable for any allergic reactions caused by wearing our products.)

Gemstone Information

We primarily uses natural gemstones, cubic zirconia, and synthetic stones in our designs. 

While we carefully select gemstones of similar quality, natural stones may vary slightly in colour, tone, and pattern. 

Some may also contain natural inclusions or surface cracks, which are not considered defects. 

Please take care to avoid exposure to water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, and prolonged sunlight. 

Natural gemstones are delicate and may be damaged by physical impact, so we advise handling them with care.

Zirconia & Synthetic Stone Care

Zirconia and synthetic stones are more durable than natural ones, they are still vulnerable to cracking or chipping if dropped or knocked. 

Avoid contact with moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as these may cause damage over time.
