Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs for damages caused by customer mishandling or incorrect sizing. 

Exchanges are only available if you received a completely different item from what you ordered.

To request an exchange, please contact us at gemisch.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item, 

include photos clearly showing the issue. 

When returning the product, please ensure that all original packaging, components, 

and the order slip are included and returned in their original condition. 

Please note that re-production of the item may take 7–14 days.

Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order and handcrafted, therefore we do not offer refunds once payment has been completed. 

Please make your purchase carefully and ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
